Contact one of our consultants.
With a simple phone call you can contact us and be assigned to your consultant who will be your single point of contact.
Schedule a meeting to review all aspects of your requirements and how you want to proceed.
Your consultant will set a time to speak to you and hear all of your requirements. We will tell you immediately if we can help you or not. If we move forward we will go over the time it can take to solve your coverage issues, explain our fees, and describe all of your costs involved in using a Locum Tenens provider. We will develop a written confirmation of details and check list covering all of the details of the assignment
Kaye Bassman has a standard contingency based Locum Tenens agreement. Our fees are based on the compensation paid to the provider. All additional costs, i.e. travel; hotel, rent car, and miscellaneous expenses, involved in the assignment are a passed along with no mark up. If you have existing accounts with car rental companies, hotels, etc. you can have those entities bill directly to you, or through us. Along with our agreement, we will send you the practice description and job details for you to sign and send back with the agreement.
Select a provider that has been submitted to you
Kaye Bassman only presents candidates we have vetted. All state licenses, DEA, and board certification statuses are verified. All candidate paperwork you require to make a decision, per your written instructions, will be submitted with a CV once name cleared.
One contact for your credentialing department to work with
Your consultant will also partner with your MSO to move the credentialing process forward, as fast as possible. This person will also be in constant communication with the provider you have chosen. Having a continuing open line of communication between you and your consultant is the model we use.
